I live in the US and I sent these flowers to my significant other while he was studying abroad in Canterbury. I didn't really have the capability to call the office to get details about the delivery, but I messaged them on Facebook and emailed them. Their response was prompt and assured me the flowers would get delivered same day. And they were! My significant other was very impressed with the size of the bouquet and the many type of flowers.
