This was purchased to support a colleague who had just lost her mother. Although I did not see the actual bouquet, I saw pictures and it looked lovely. Recipient was extremely pleased and gave extra praise for the delivery lady, who showed sympathy and kindness. Excellent service as usual from this company. Highly recommend.
